I honestly don’t have regrets with any decision I’ve made… though by no means have I made a correct decision in every part of my life. I suppose one regret would be my efforts to keep my social life strictly separate from my family life. I dunno… after junior high, my mom told me she didn’t like some of my friends. So I just never brought many of them home after that… and to this day, I still try to avoid bringing up friends with my family (with the exception of Sam).
I remember the summer before Freshman year, I went to a summer camp at UCI. It was the last overnight summer camp I ever went to. Sam went there too that year. Funny thing how different we are. Even though we were only half an hour away from home, she got homesick. Bad. Every night, she’d cry and text me when I was only sleeping downstairs in my own dorm room. And I remember I thought it strange. The first time I went to a summer camp, not only was it at Stanford, which is wayyyyy farther than UCI, but I had so much fun, I didn’t want to come home…
Hmm… other than that being the only time I went to a sleep away camp with Sam, there were other memorable moments. I got to dissect so many things it was AWESOME. People were all grossed out because they had to cut up a frog, but I just hacked away at the thing :P
I dunno, I just love summer camps in general. I suppose this’ll make the transition to college easier.
Working on the only thing I need to turn in to the teacher for art class, yet another self portrait.
I think I’m getting better at this thing! …well sorta.
Blah… I need to make the background more exciting.
Who’d have known your stomach could double as a camera?
Two UK students, Josh Lake and Luke Evans, ate 35mm film and were able to process photos after the film, erm, came out!

A comment on how Ashley annoys her family because she won’t shut up about things she is anxious about. Things my parents wish they could record on video. More things that make me the laughing stock of the family.
